This is absolutely one of the best 3rd person shooters on Xbox 360.Multiplayer is where this game really shines,especially Horde mode. The game is a lot longer than the original game.You can co-op with a friend in story mode,with either Marcus or Dom.The story in the main game has a lot more questions than answers.And the driving sequence of the game is a little too lose.With new guns,new bad guys,new levels and polished graphics you can't lose.Overall this game is amazing.

Gears of War 2 Is a great squel that should be enjoyed by all. Pick this one up its bound to be a classic

This game is awesome. I love the GOW story, so I am really into the single player campaign. One thing: This game is way better than the first one for single player. You will ride monsters and a variety of vehicles in the game. When it comes to multiplayer it's pretty much the same thing (people only shooting you from close range with a shotgun) but it seems you have better chances in this game with the lancer...apparently it does more damage than in the first game. The chainsaw is also pretty good for multiplayer... Overall this game is an A+ game. Get it!

Gears of War was an amazing game. ranking high with revolutionary shooters like Quake and Doom. But its successor beats its brains in. Featuring all the contact and appeal of the first plus new content (Maps, Modes, Story, Characters and Guns)
Gears of War 2 Its a non-stop,never put the controller down as long as you live game. Seriously, do you know anyone who does not like Gears? my point proven.

Gears of War 2 will satisfy fans of the original Gears of War. The single player experience is once again a masterpiece. You can play it alone or Co-Op through XBOX LIVE with another player. Teamwork is still vital to survive and the intensity keeps you on your toes.
There is a new mode for multiplayer called HORDE MODE, which consists of up to 5 human players trying to survive 50 waves of incoming enemies. This game is worth it just for that mode alone.
Gears of War 2 also brings back all the favorite Gears 1 versus match modes. The only difference now is that you have to vote to play the match you would like. For example, you will join a game and have the option to play Annex or Submission, and the players will vote on which mode to play. You can't just join a game and play Annex, you have to vote for it. That was a problem for me, because some of my favorite modes are not that popular and barely ever get picked by the players.
Overall, Gears of War 2 is a great game with some minor problems, but it is well worth it.
