As good as everyone says it is April 20, 2009 A. Snyder (Portland, Oregon United States) Read the reviews and picked this up for myself and 2 boys. They love it, I love it, and it runs on Vista. The directions are useless for getting started, just know that inside the bar there is a room which is the actual starting place for the different levels. Enjoy!
AWESOME!!! April 17, 2009 J. Scott (Georgia) I bought this game as a birthday present for my 10-year-old son. He and his father have played it every day for the past three weeks. We have had the first game for a while, and it was still enjoyable, but they have not gone back to it since the new one arrived. My husband (almost 50) thinks it's one of the best games he has seen.
beware if your using vista, or have two players April 6, 2009 irwin (NJ, United States) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
this game is a bit outdated these days, as the PC version was not re-released as the "complete saga" with a updated game engine, so if your using this with vista you will have lockups,
Also you will quickly discover when haveing two people playing, is that unlike the more reciently released batman, and indiana jones games, in this one only one player gets to use a gamepad, the other player has to use the keyboard...
awesome March 17, 2009 Harold L. Jones (USA) I always liked this game and i like to play it a lot!
hint-when you finish the game you should buy the three ghosts so then the enemy can't see you!
One of the best February 2, 2009 Livia R. Seymour 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This game is one of the best of its kind out there! The gameplay is very fun although there are a few bugs here and there, like R2-D2 won't activate the panels if used by the computer; however that is easily remedied by just using the two-player option. In this game, you get to play just about any character you can imagine in the Star Wars realm. Everyone but droids and the Jedi or Jedi in training have blasters. The R2-D2 can cause a stormtroopers head to be put on backwards for a couple of seconds but C3PO is kind of worthless except for the numerous locks he can unlock. The Jedi have lightsabers as a weapon. The game throws a twist at you at every level because it is one very large puzzle. You have to figure out how to advance to the next section by doing certain things. The videos in between levels are also hilarious. R2-D2 in the first level is used like a trashcan by Leia. She throws the Death Star plans into him. This game also contains no gore whatsoever. Everybody just disintegrates into Lego pieces if they die. My only concern about this game is the fact that when I first got it out of the box, I installed it and it wouldn't launch. The anti-piracy software was working a little too well and wouldn't let the original disc launch the program; however I sent an analysis file to SecuROM, the anti-piracy software maker, and they sent me a file that would launch the game. That is really the only problem I have had with the game.
