We purchased this for our next door neighbor's almost 3-year old. He was able to take it right out of the box and play with it immediately, a definate bonus. The ship has lots of built-in activities which means lots of hours of play. Durable, great design, a real winner.

I got this for my 3-year-old son for Christmas. He is really into imaginative play, so it's great for him. It is well built and durable. Kudos to Amazon for the frustration-free packaging! It was so easy to open on Christmas morning. He was playing with it within a couple of minutes.

My son rec'd this for his 3rd birthday. Was a huge hit with him. I've never seen him spend so much time with one toy before. His attention and love for this toy continues 1 month later.
It came fully assembled in a big brown box - not fancy packaging - which was great. The other parts were assembled by my son immediately without any help from just looking at the black and white picture on the inserted guide. That easy!
The cannons that shoot are fun! And they can't hurt anyone. He got the matching whale from imaginex over christmas. And the water spouts out of the whale in the same way - like a little gun. There are many fun features to the boat. I like that there are rolling wheels deep in the bottom of the boat and whale so he can roll it around the kitchen floor like a big car almost. He holds the ship's wheel as if driving it. The pirate figurines are excellent. The swords are easy to fit in their hands.
The toy is constructed well, is durable - doesn't fall apart like so many other toys. I think it will last a long time! It provides hours of good, imaginative playtime for my son. I'm impressed!!! imaginex has excellent toys. I recommend them to any 3 - 6 year old. My older daughters (4 and 7) love to catch a free moment with these toys too. This is a great gift! Will be loved!

This ship was a Xmas gift for my two year old grandson. It was in excellent condition & delivered promptly. He is having a grand time with it & allows him the puzzle solving along with the imaginary.

My 3 year old nephew loved this toy right out of the box. He plays with it all the time and takes it with him from room to room. The best thing about it is that it does not make any noise so he can use his own imagination and make his own noises. I would definitely recommend it.
