Rocket ships are difficult to find for young (3-5 yr old) children, but this one is out of this world! There are many different ways to build and rebuild this toy so it keeps my son fascinated for long periods of time. He has launches to different "planets" around the house (the couch, the dining room table, etc.) and explores them all. It is a great educational tool that inspires creativity and dramatic play.

if you are interested in this product, be sure to get the cheaper, environmentally safer packaging. it isn't as fancy, but the kids don't care. they get the same stuff for a cheaper price and it's better for the environment

This was a Christmas gift for my 9 year old son who LOVES these Matchbox sets. Next to Lego, this is the toy he most enjoys for hours on end. I think if he were much older, the interest would not be there.

I bought this toy as a gift for my 5 yr old nephew. He loves anything that has to do with the space shuttle. He definitely uses his imagination pretending he's an astronaut. I think it's a wonderful educational toy if one is interested in outer space and spaceships etc. He LOVES this toy....he hasn't put it down since I gave it to him. It's very durable and made very well to handle the way little kids play with toys. I am glad I bought it for him, and I'm sure he will get a lot of playtime with it.
Gave as a Gift to 4 and 6 year old brothers- they loved it! January 2, 2009
