4 out of 5 stars Rubiks Professor Cube 5x5   January 30, 2009
Debra A. Kulka (Tempe, Arizona United States)
Purchase made knowing this would be an extremely difficult puzzle but my grandson (his request) is up to the challenge. I am pleased with the product the cost and the delivery.

4 out of 5 stars Fun but breakable   January 20, 2009
Kenneth Battaglia
When I got it, I solved it once, and it was pretty fun ti solve, but then a corner broke (i had an extra 5x5 corner laying around, so im safe) pretty fun, but not too durable. i reccomend getting another brand of 5x5, but this was on sale when i got it so it was so worth it!

3 out of 5 stars A handful   January 19, 2009
Nathan Maynes (Cleveland, OH)
The 5x5 is much more difficult than the 3x3 but it has lost some of the fun edge. Turning the sides has become a burden and is slow. They need to be perfectly lined up and unlike the three sided cube, it must be realigned constantly. This cube is difficult and requires different moves than the 3x3 so if you are looking for a challenge than pick this up but if fun and a quick mental challenge is what you are looking for stick with the 3x3.

If you have mastered the 3x3 cube this can drive you crazy all over again.

Who in the name of god would make such a tool of death!? I bought this for my father as a desk ornament for his new office, but it took more than its small amount of desk space....... it took his life!!!....... well for a few minutes a day at least. Very good product, lots of fun, I threw it at a wall out of frustration and a it only broke a little ( on the bright side with the help of some glue I solved the puzzle).
