Rubiks 5x5 Review July 7, 2009 Jordan Charette (Howell, MI) It is a good fun toy. i enjoy it. Even though i can solve it in under ten minutes, i still find it fun. DON'T DROP IT!!! the cube shatters and useually the core (the piece that holds all the other little peices) breaks, if any of your cubes break you can get parts, stickers, tiles ect. at http://www.cubesmith.com/
Denfinitely only a puzzle cube, not for speed cubing June 20, 2009 Marlina K. Lies Good product and quality. This cube is definitely meant only as a puzzle cube and not a speed cube.
Great toy - keep them entertained for hours! May 6, 2009 MicVon (Wisconsin) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I was skeptical purchasing this cube for my son reading all the bad reviews. He's a "speed cuber" with the 3x3 and we warned him contanstly that this cube was not for speed cubing. He heeded our warning and we have had NO issues with the cube.
It is NOT fallen apart.
The stickers have NOT fallen off or come loose.
It's such a great toy - provides hours of entertainment, makes you think, doesn't need batteries, makes no noise, has no flashing lights, and is portable.
Review April 26, 2009 Stephen Devereaux 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This rubik's cube is a pretty good buy. It's different from a normal 5x5 rubik's cube in that it is smaller, just barely bigger than a 3x3. However, it is somewhat easier to work with than a normal rubik's cube. The pieces don't fall off as easily (although at times you have to "undo" a turn in order to get a piece to pop back in place). I would recommend it to someone who is interested in getting a 5x5.
