NOT COMPATIBLE WITH OS X LEOPARD May 30, 2008 Michelle Salemka (Kalamazoo, MI, USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
The box states that this game is compatible with Mac OS X 10.2 or later. This is a lie. I have OS X 10.5 Leopard and there are many others on the PlayFirst forums who are in the same shoes. The setup program does NOT work for Leopard. Do NOT buy this if you are a Mac OS X 10.5 user.
Fun, Challenging, Addictive Game May 1, 2008 Grace Reid (North Carolina, USA) I loved this game. I was hooked from the beginning. It is fun, challenging and addictive. I also feel as a previous reviewer mentioned where the game relaxes me. It is fun to play when you want to just play a game and go into your own world. I love this game and would recommend to everyone.
GREAT JOB January 29, 2008 DIMPLES, NOW, ALWAYS, & 4EVER (GEORGIA) I REALLY LOVE THIS GAME SO I HAD TO HAVE IT FOR MY HOME COMPUTER. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME ORDERING FROM AMAZON AND I REALLY ENJOYED THE EXPERIENCE. I GOT MY PACKAGE ON TIME AND EVERYTHING WAS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND WORKED PROPERLY. THANK YOU.
GREAT GAME! December 7, 2007 estelle (New York State) I found this game on-line and got a free trial. After I had gotten every free trial on every website, I bought the game. My friend played it once at my house, then was addicted and bought it for herself! The levels are fun, quick, and great for kids or adults. They are a bit challenging at times, but not to much. This as a Christmas present would be sure to bring a smile to any ones face!
Fun simple game October 31, 2007 Mon (Houston, TX United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I picked up this game because of the low price and I wanted a filler inbetween some of the Nancy Drew games I like to play. The ND games are very addictive so I thought this might be a simple game that didn't involve too much thinking and would be something to have on hand to play every now and then. Well this game is very addictive and I've only had it a week and I'm almost done with it. It really is a lot of fun. My husband saw me playing and then got into it himself. He's been avoiding it lately because when you start to play, you get hooked and lose track of time.
The good thing about this game is even if you finish the actual game, there is a mode where you can just do endless play that allows to keep going until you lose 4 customers. This records your high score and you can keep playing till you get a higher one. You could acutally do the same with the main game play as well because it keeps adding up the total amount taken in at the restaurant through each level. There is a certain amount you are supposed to earn each level and once you hit that mark, you can try and reach the expert part and that gives you a start for that level. I only got a few stars and there were 2 levels that were so difficult and frusterating that I was just so happy to be past them and didn't care if I reached the expert level or not.
Overall this is a really cute fun little game for all ages. I'm 34 and really enjoy playing it.
