I am sure by now that you have noticed the pink pug, who will be known from here on out as Freedom Pug. You may be asking yourself: "why pink?" or "why a pug?" The color pink has no special significance. I simply wanted a color that would stand out and be easily remembered. The reason for the pug... my wife and I are pug lovers and currently living with three in our home. I guess you could call us "pug-aholics". Tobey, our Freedom Pug, will guide you through this adventure. Hopefully we, as Americans, can identify with Freedom Pug throughout this book as we are reminded of our lost freedoms.
As you read through these quotes from a few of the Founding Fathers of this great country, try to keep in mind the conviction behind them. Try to remember that it was their beliefs and philosophies along with their insight that knit America together. Then, and only then, can you truly see how far we have strayed to where we are today. Remember these early colonist broke away from the tyranny of their government to travel to an unknown land in order to build a better life for them and their families. We need to change course now and return to the truths that were instituted some 235 years ago. We need another revolution!
In times like this, Americans need to reflect on these centuries-old quotes and realize that they still hold true in modern day life. If we do not wake up and act soon we will lose all sight of what our country was meant to symbolize - greatness and freedom. We all reminisce about " the good old days." Let's make sure that the generations to come can do the same. It is not fair to our children's children that they are saddled with this out of control government debt that has been created. Government is growing and controlling too much of our lives. Paper money is being created at an alarming rate and there is no end to the nonsense and lack of leadership in our government.
We need you, the American people, to stand and be counted, unified in order to return to the America we read in the history books. We can all play a role in this restoration. Again, and I cannot say it enough...we need another revolution!
As you read through this book, and, it is my hope that you will do so with your friends, children, and neighbors, so you will be inspired by the great men who founded our country. May you truly hear what they are saying; and, may it truly make a difference in your life.
As you get started you will see quotes and a fact page opposite of a picture. I did not want to simply write a book full of history facts... however, I included some important information that will help you along your way. I encourage you to memorize these famous words of wisdom from men such as Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, John Adams and many more who played an important role in the formation of America.
Enjoy the reading. The pictures were created as collages with my special touch in vivid colors. Freedom Pug would remind you, if you do not stand for something, then you stand for nothing. This book is intended to be a call to action! America..... I say wake up from your slumber!

Wow! So intelligent. Dick Morris is one intelligent guy. I love to hear his interviews. He is insightful and gives lots of background as to why we are where we are.

Dick Morris' skill in CLEARLY showing the anti American socialist plans Obama and his radical leftist partners are implementing is now in print. "Catastrophe" is written in a way all Americans can understand and finally see Obama for what he really represents and is doing to convert the United States into a socialist country continuously controlled by Democrats. This is no movie script. It is really happening NOW. Apathy and the idle belief that "this will pass" is not an option! American's should take the time to read this and learn what the president is ACTUALLY doing to remove American freedoms and how Obama is shreding the constitution. Obama is moving fast to control you and your family. He will manipulate you for his own selfish leftist purposes as he grows his beaurocratic empire. The radical left has prepared for this move for years. It is now YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to learn what is happening and how to fight it. "Catastrophe" is your manual.
