Wow, Great product October 30, 2009 Laura E. Miller I was using QuickBooks Pro 1999, and the change over was awesome. The download was easy the program is easy to use and understand.
I had a damaged record in my backup file. I got a hold of support. They helped walk me through how to get the file repaired and get doing in 2009.
Love this product and its operation
Quickbooks Pro 2009 not the best choice October 30, 2009 BytheBay This version replaces my 2003 version and although it has a few new features, they don't make up for the fact that the program keeps crashing/closing due to unexpected errors and every time I back up the files, it goes through the same process of warning about possibly wrong dates on sales orders and then rebuilding all the files.
It's pretty frustrating -- I don't even use the feature that the program warns about and never have.

Not too impressed!
Ordered and Returned and Now Re-Ordering October 25, 2009 QuickBook User (Fallbrook, CA USA) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I ordered the product and never installed it. Returned it. Thought I didn't need it. Now I know that I need it. Re-ordering and paying more. I'm upgrading from 2004. I now have Vista and have to have 2009. I'll let you know how things turn out.
Wish I had been told a new version was to be released October 23, 2009 Michael S. Meyers I have no complaints with Quickbooks 2009. However, I would have appreciated Amazon advising me that within a couple of weeks the 2010 version was to be released. So, techically the version I purchased was outdated shortly after I installed it.
Quickbooks 2009 worthless for multicurrency use October 22, 2009 Haim Branisteanu (Tel Aviv Israel) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Was recommended this software package by an Intuit representative for multicurrency accounting and currencies FOREX options. The software is multicurrency only partial, for example impossible to define accounts in multicurrency and Intuit support staff is clueless if asked questions not in their database in some instances they are also misleading STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY THIS SOFTWARE if true multicurrency use is needed. Intuit has designed a product to milk your hard earned $$$ that is all, no solution offered to true multicurrency environment.
