I bought this mouse on January 4th (just over a month ago). I have been having problems with it for about 3 weeks, but thought it was just my batteries. But new batteries don't solve its issues. Same issues that the other low reviewers are having....can't sync, lagging, won't respond to numerous clicks, JUST DOESN"T WORK. So, I am not fighting with it anymore.

This is a very good little mouse. It is so comfortable in your hand and the scroll button and movement is very smooth. It was easy to connect too, pop in 1 AA battery and press 2 buttons and its done. Even if you unplug the usb you don't have to reconnect either. My only gripe was the packaging, it was kind of hard to open but hey..you only have to do that once. I highly recommend this product.

i have been having some problems with my laptop so i don't' know if it's the mouse or my computer but sometimes it won't read on certain surfaces but after a month the last 2 weeks i haven't had much problems

I am having the same problem as another reviewer. The mouse won't stay synch'd with my netbook (Dell mini 10). Admittedly, I haven't used a wireless mouse before this, but I find myself using my corded mini mouse instead, because the other is a pain in the butt.
