 Anyone know what songs this thing is playing? October 4, 2009

So we have this thing, and it's great and all. But after hearing these synthesized versions for so many years, I'm jonesing to show my kids what the REAL pieces sound like as performed by an orchestra/piano/etc! Does anyone know what the 8 Mozart pieces are played on this cube? I've been trying everything, including listening to the 30 second snippets of the more popular items from Mozart's repertoire on itunes. So far no luck!
Anyone?

My twin babies, now 9 months, liked this one right away. I was surprised the music sound quality was better than any of all the other toys and mobiles and everything we have for them that plays music. And the Mozart pieces using different instruments makes the cube not tiring at all as I would have expected.
The cube is a bit heavy, but they roll it around without difficulty at all. They can't throw it and it has rounded edges, so it's safe for them. It lights up and eventually we'll all associate those different colors with the different musical scores.
I think for the price it is worth it without a doubt. Probably the price has come down and this used to be much more expensive because I notice in the earlier reviews mention about the high price. I am surprised there aren't more toys for children at this age, so the really good ones like this one do not involve much thinking before buying on my part.

Munchkin Mozart Magic Cube The only thing I wish was that the instruments sounded more like what they were portraying. Otherwise, a great product!

We ordered this as it sounded like a wonderful toy. My mother comes from Vienna and I thought it would be wonderful for my twin 1-year-old grandsons to learn Mozart. However, this thing has blown over 10 batteries since the time it was purchased a few months ago, and Amazon is going to do nothing about it.

After looking for a musical toy that was not annoying, off-key or obnoxious, we discovered this. Plays several songs by Mozart; baby can play a song with all instruments at once by pressing "orchestra" or one at a time. Baby can also turn off instruments one at a time. The instruments are clearly synthesized, but still, the quality is not bad and I could listen to it for long periods of time. I have yet to be annoyed by this toy. In fact, I may have to buy two - my twins fight over it constantly! My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that it's a little bit loud. I wish there was a volume control.
