The item I received is not working and it seems that I cannot return it for another and since I used the card ($40.00), I will have purchase another.
The item I received does not pick up channels at all and one of the buttons was pushed in when I opened the box and will not come out, which makes it "not working".
I am very dissatisfied with the item and can't do anything with it.

This digital box is a very small looking electrical device that looks to be very unworthy from the outside, but it sure does a whole lot from the inside. It out performs my Apex digital converter. When a signal is low (lets say 25%) the reception still holds strong with very little picture distortion. I can't say the same for my Apex. The remote is easy to use, and the buttons are in right places. The only things that could of been better are the following:
1) no a/v cables are included
2) The detachable power cord is too short
Those are the only cons i have about this converter. This is top quality merchandise!

I have never recieved this item. although I ordered it a month ago using my converter box coupon. I now will have to go out and spend money to have my television work because you are only allotted one coupon. Thank you ever so much

I bought this converter because it was rated as having a good picture and it was one of the cheapest. I am happy with the picture. The built in tv schedule is basic but ok. Since we do most of our tv watching on a tv with a built in tv receiver I am happy with this choice for our less used tv.
