Easy to set up,simple instructions and ability to pick up different stations as weather changes or time of day/night changes.. We have rooftop antenna with rotor and the unit is easy to re-program for southern or northern direction and most of the time you do not even have to re-program..Also you can fine tune antenna for reception without re-programing. Only complaint is with Amazon themselves, as once again the packaging was inadequate as the converter was in a box with a "blister" type bubble wrap sitting on top of the unit with nothing under it or on the ends...luckily it arrived undamaged. In the past two years we have purchased about a dozen items from Amazon and half of the items were damaged in transit mainly due to poor packaging but also it seems UPS throws some of them out of their jets to avoid the expense of landing...FedEx does a better job any day...

Weak product, needs to have a manual rabbit ear antenae in order to pick-up any signals and even then you are limited to the actual channels (FOX/NBC) DON'T BUY THIS piece of Sh--. BUYER BEWARE...

Within a couple months of use, I ran into problems with a similar box made by Zinwell. I emailed customer support about what to do. When they found out my box had been purchased 10 months earlier (before the digital conversion), they refused to do anything to fix it. The box sat unused for like 8 months, but they flatly refused to fix it, tell me how to get it repaired, and anything else.
Instead, here's what they wrote in an email:

I'm sorry, but your box is way out of warranty, we are not able to provide you with a replacement, please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with, thank you

This company does not stand behind their product at all, obviously. So, I would stear way away of Zinnett and their Zinwell boxes.
Consider yourself warned.
Zinwell D to A converter - zero stars November 7, 2009

I received the Zinwell 970A converter and it set up quickly and esily. It then started to drop out video and later audio. Finally screen froze and remote will not turn off the device nor will the on/off switch on the unit. The only way to turn it off was to remove power. Restoring power would get it to restart and after a few seconds it would freeze again.
Amazon was quick to refund my purchase price and told me they didn't want me to return it!!
