This pouch is a waste of money. While the material is protective, it is so hard to get the camera in the pouch that it seems to be more trouble than it is worth! Also, the Flip comes with a pouch that while flimsy, works fine for me. So unless you are planning to throw your Flip across the room, don't buy this.

Cheaply made, flimsy and hard to use. Avoid this. I got it at the last minute because of a family trip out of the country and after 3 days, it was toast. The ringlet for securing it to anything had fallen off so many times I was glad I had never snapped it to my waist (my original hope). The stripe comes off. The enclosure is poorly designed and annoying. It is not a protective covering at all -- and it is awkward to use. You have to remove the camera from the pouch to use and the pouch is obnoxious to put the camera back in (without turnign the camera on).
AVOID this product.

The Flip Ultra is a great little video camera, but this neoprene pouch apparently was designed for the Mino series and not the Ultra series, which are significantly larger devices. The Ultra is very difficult to get in and out of this thing -- don't waste your money. The fabric pouch provided at no charge with Ultras works fine. Fortunately, I didn't pay for this; it was a freebie, which is exactly what it's worth.

There is not much to say about this product. It holds the Flip and access to the camera is quick because of the flap closure. There is not much in the way of padding to prevent damage if you drop it and whatever I paid for it was probly more than it was worth but I am not going to complain because it is satisfactory.

I was very disappointed when I received it. It is too small and therefore cannot be used on Flip Ultra. I like a refund.
