Disappointed with this item, the battery does not hold a charge. Will charge it and by the time I try to turn it on to show off my handsome, beautiful grandchildren the battery has discharged and the unit just turns off.

I ordered 6 keychains, all working but none of them connected to computer after applying all setting given on different forums like of "USB Updates" etc. I tried on 4 different computers/Laptops. It shows the image beautifully comes by default, but its of no use if you can not transfer your own data.

I bought this for my wife so she could carry her photos with her.
The good news: I plugged it into my computer running Windows XP and it found it right away. The software came up and it was pretty cool. Although you cannot resize the photos, you can move the window around in preview and capture the part you want. The software has other options as well.
The bad news: The following day I plugged it in using the supplied USB cable to charge the internal battery which came partially charged from the factory. The little screen lit up with the message "USB Connected" as it should. HOWEVER, when I unplugged it from my computer the "USB Connected" message remained on it's screen. I was NOT able to toggle it off or access the menu. Nothing worked. I plugged it in again, the software came up and I could see the photos I previously added to it. I unplugged it again and it still had the "USB Connected" message. Nothing works. I emailed the company and explained the problem but they haven't responded. It is going into the trash.

This item came in condition posted and was delivered very quickly. They will be used as gifts for my wedding party. I think they will be well liked.
