I did see the other reviews claiming that the viewer would not be recognized by the PC but I figured I was smarter and better looking than all other reviewers. :-).
Nope, this thing doesn't work. Install the software, plug it in, select update, open program, program wants it plugged in, push OK, program closes. I wasted an hour that I could have used to pet the cats and no results. I'm sending it back. Just don't bother.

This is a piece of junk. The software is completely inoperable and, once installation failed, the computer fails to recognize the USB connection at all. Three requests to customer service were ignored or unanswered. I'm only thankful that it was so inexpensive as I'd be really honked off if I'd spent more. Time to look for another product.

Great product. Well worth the money. I bought it as a gift for my mom and she loved it. Photos looked pretty good for such a small screen. So glad I bought it. Plus delivery was so quick. It came two days earlier than I expected it.
