This drive has worked perfectly (with a Mac) in every respect except that it writes and erases files extremely slowly.

I loved this little usb stick !!! work great ,its very sturdy, but you have to make sure not to loose the cap.
If only it was a tad more attractive with a cap that didn't fly... March 10, 2009

This particular one I gave to my brother for his birthday, but I do have a 1gb Kingston hard drive similar to this and I must say I've had no issues with it's performance. The only thing I wish Kingston did was perhaps figure out a way to keep the cap from going AWOL - I'm thinking put a hole on the top of the cap and run a simple string like the lanyard they include to the back of the drive itself that already has a hole. It might look a little cheesey compared to other nicer-looking-but-not-as-functional flash drives, but it will keep the USB connecter protected longer if the owner could keep the cap longer.

Bought one of these in the Philippines while working there. Easily broken. I wouldn't want to rely on one of these here in the Sand Box.
