The (Calculated Industries 3430 Qualifier Plus IIIFX Real Estate Finance Calculator) is just what I needed. It is intuitive to use and easily does all major real estate calculations for real estate investment decisions. Only reason I gave it a 4 star is some settings reset after every use which can become tedious to set each time I use it.
Still a great calculator and I would recommend it over the HP every day of the week.

Very easy to use. Just takes a little practice but the references guides give great examples on determining calculations. Great for anyone, whether experienced or just starting out on Real Estate and/or Mortgage/Loan industry. Please pick up this valuable tool.
