4 out of 5 stars Excellent book, but can the publisher do a better job binding it PLEASE!!   March 26, 2009

Excellent book, not only for content but you'll actually remember what you read due to repetition and great visuals. But this is echoed in many reviews. What I will say is that the binding for this book is CRAP and you'd think for the price that it would make it through 1 cover to cover reading before pages become detached from the glue of the binding. Now I'm going to have to paper clip/staple chapters and keep them in a pile somewhere for future reference. I want a refund from the publisher...but the content is undeniably good (which is why I'm keeping the hundreds of pages that have fallen apart).

I am returning to the clinical arena after several years of working in administration. I wanted to find a book that would be a good review of electrophysiology. I highly recommend this book as a review or also if you have no prior knowledge of electrophysiology.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent Book   March 14, 2009
Deb Hornbacher (Pagosa Springs, CO USA)
This book was recommended by a doctor from the hospital I work at as being an organized way of understanding EKG's. He had purchased it in med school and has kept it. I found it to be interesting, easy to read, and it handed out information in little bites that can be digested before going on. Good for those who want to learn EKG's from the inside out. Well worth the investment.

If only my initial ECG training was explained as simply and easily as this.
It all makes so much more sense now.
Looking forward to putting my new found understanding into practice.
Very happy with the Textbook, I highly recommend it....

This is an absolute "must" for anyone in the medical/nursing profession. This new edition is so advanced that I wish I had it earlier in my career. Thank you Dr. Dubin
