As a retired nurse I buy one of these every 5 years to have a recent resource on hand. It is simple, direct and gives the necessary information for administration, dosage and side effects. The online resource is handy.

I ordered this Handbook for my Granddaughters, who are both Nursing Students. They were very pleased with the update, since they need the latest information on drugs. Also the Web Toolkit is helpful to them. I would recommend this as a gift for any nursing student. The release date was listed as May 1, and I received the book on May 2. Great service.
