Eat for Your Blood Type Encyclopedia April 8, 2009 Sue Gary (Texas) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a wonderful instruction book on how to eat right and maintain good health. For those with the rare blood types, it is especially helpful. Many friends has asked me to order them a copy and so far six copies have been distributed. One of the best books to have in your kitchen!

The Word says that my people parish for the lack of knowledge. please imform youselves with this imformation, it is from God. He said tha a wise man search the deep things of God, ya even then the deep calleth to the deep. WISDOM is not hidden to those who seek it!

Dont have a lot of time so I will make it short and sweet. I have always wondered things such as why Wheat and Corn made me feel tired. Now I know. Many, many other similar discoveries found through this book. Highly, highly recommend it!
Didn't work for me. June 11, 2008 L. D. Cole (Oregon) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Some people swear by these blood type diets, and their logic sort of makes sense. I tried it seriously for 3 months and I didn't notice a difference in my health status or energy level. Oh well. [...] offers a nutrition-typing program that I might try but it sounds a little subjective.
