Has saved me a lot of time with reference manuals. March 18, 2008 Nancy at work (State of Confusion) 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
This is handier than full-sized books (although I have one) and a lot quicker to use. It's laid out very well and covers just about everything. It loses that final point for having small type and for not having instructions on how to cite a web page. Still, it's worth the cost just to have this to refer to rather than having to dig around in a book.
Great homework helper February 8, 2008 M. Campbell (Stuttgart, Germany) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
This guide is a wonderful way to keep information at your fingertips. It has all the MLA rules your kids need to follow when submitting term papers in a clear, easy format. Not a substitution for the full MLA but a very handy homework helper.
Not comprehensive and unhelpful for almost everybody December 7, 2007 T. Herbert (Portland, OR) 13 out of 14 found this review helpful
I thought that this would be a nice little reference sheet to help me with my papers. I found better info on-line. I am actually unsure of who this would even be useful for because as far as the APA guidlines it is a poor guide.
Of Little Value November 3, 2007 E. C. Deck (Wiscasset, Maine) 16 out of 16 found this review helpful
This guide is fine if you're working with both MLA and APA formatting; but if you're just using APA (or MLA), look elsewhere. Too busy to be of any value.

Simple, concise and really handy. IT was quick to use and easy to cart around and is waterproof, very handy in rural work.!
