Kaplan GRE Exam Vocabulary in a Box To prepare for the GRE, I purchased this item. The flash cards are small and fit easily in your shirt pocket while the printed information is in a large enough font to be easy on the eyes. I pulled twenty cards out each day and took them along with me, reviewing them whenever I got the chance. Each morning, I would replace the twenty cards with twenty new ones. It took five weeks to go through the entire box of cards. I then pulled out fifty cards a day and if there were some words that I was still not recognizing immediately, I would put them in a separate pile. After two more weeks I was down to just a handfull of cards left to internalize. It is quick, easy, and takes only a few minutes out of each day to improve your vocabulary for the GRE and for life. I highly recommend the Kaplan GRE Vocabulary Exam in a Box.

The flash cards have really helped me memorize new words. Too bad the antonyms are not included.
Great tool for a better score May 4, 2009

This product was amazing! I waited till the last minute to study and I learned all 500 words before the test in just two days and it helped my score drastically. I improved my score by almost 200 points. You think that you probably won't see many of those words, but I ended up seeing a ton of them and they helped me with the ones I didn't know. I would highly recommend these cards as a study guide. It is hard to keep track of the cards sometimes because there are so many and they are loose, but other than that it is great!

I highly recommend the product to the students who want to stand out from the crowd. It is a supplemental tool to the regular preparation books. So,If you are one of the top students in your university and want to pursue a MS Degree at most prestigious US Universities, then it is exactly for you.
However, I believe that it will be a perfect tool when the cards have related illustrations or pictures.
