This is a good reference and review resource. It's very popular among my classmates. It's fairly comprehensive and covers many areas (incl. maternity, peds, mental health). This is a keeper.

This book has a good overview of the body systems and has very good practice questions. I was able to review over 220 practice questions about the neurological system. Each answer had a rationale you could read also. I'll be using this to study for the NCLEX-RN.

I am taking my Adult Health/Med Surge class in nursing school. This book follows along with my textbook and provides summaries that are clear, consise, and to the point. It also have review questions that are very simmilar to what I am seeing on my tests. I strongly recommend this book for anyone in nursing school.
