I took the NCLEX 6 mos after graduating and passed. This book was a great review! It covers ALOT, but not everything. But I do feel that reviewing this WILL help increase your chances of passing the NCLEX significantly. A much recommended purchase if prepping for the NCLEX and need a review.

This was my favorite NCLEX study tool... of about 24. The program on the CD is a great too. If you have time to review, there is a lot of great information in the book. If it's a last minute thing, the CD has great questions and lets you know what areas to focus on.

This is probably the gold standard in terms of preparation for the NCLEX. It won't teach you the material per se, but will refresh you with what you need to know.
Great resource for nursing school students April 18, 2009

I purchased this book as a resource for my son who is completing his 2nd semester of nursing school. It has been extremely helpful for his exams because it's divided into specific areas and offers suggestions on how to discern the "most correct" answer from "multiple-multiple choice" test questions. This book was recommended by one of his nursing school instructors.

This is a good reference and review resource. It's very popular among my classmates. It's fairly comprehensive and covers many areas (incl. maternity, peds, mental health). This is a keeper.
