Wow! This book really prepares the PA student for the boards! Its precise and gets down to the main points within each body system. This book was very helpful in reviewing topics and minor, yet important details! Recommended!

This is the book I am pretty much using right now, to the point and exact PANCE blueprint is great.
A bit expensive $60 at the bookstore I found it at.
The on-line thing didn't work for me either a hassle.
It should have a CD ROM.
I wish the authors could make it in a flashcard product with fine comb editing, I would way buy it in flashcard form.

This is one of the best board review books out there. Complete w/the items found on the NCCPA blueprint. Has pertinent, to-the-point, useful information!

Let me start by saying that I was an average student who recently graduated from an average PA program. Although this book is not perfect, it was the only review book that I used to study for the PANCE. Periodically, I would refer to Wikipedia for further explanation of certain topics. I did not take any practice exams. I just got my scores back and I passed comfortably.

This book is very helpful in reviewing. It assumes that you have already covered the information previously, thus would not be helpful in learning it initially. It's right to the point- in outline format. The questions at the end of each chapter are beneficial. This is the perfect book for someone who wants straight-to-the-point review over numerous topics. I give it 2 thumbs up!
