This book was recommended by a doctor from the hospital I work at as being an organized way of understanding EKG's. He had purchased it in med school and has kept it. I found it to be interesting, easy to read, and it handed out information in little bites that can be digested before going on. Good for those who want to learn EKG's from the inside out. Well worth the investment.

As a first-year nursing student, I came into the program with a very basic knowledge of the heart. Though I'm not completely finished with this text, it's really been helpful in my studies, as well as work at the clinical site. I recommend it for any nursing student interested in the heart. My professors were impressed that I had it listed as a reference, which is nice as well!
