The book came in a package that did not protect it very well and it got bent out of shape. Then when I opened the package and started reading the book it smelled like rat poison. It is a very important book for my profession and I can't stand to open it.

This item was brand new just as the seller said and I got a great price for it and it arrived ahead of schedule. I needed it before my class was scheduled to begin and now I don't have to worry. Iam very pleased with the product and the service.

I am currently enrolled in college and this book is an excellent reference book to have on hand at any time for Psychology majors.

Book arrived on time, and was in shrink wrap, but was not "new" as described by seller. The book was still in good condition, however it was definitely not "new".
