The product itself is fine, however, the seller did not communicate with me well.
I paid for expedited shipping and she shipped it at a lower, cheaper rate.
The book did not arrive for my first week of classes, which was the entire point in me paying for the expedited shipping fees.
When i tried to contact her about this issue, she did not respond.

Excellent, speedy delivery. At a APO address and still no issues. Will conduct business again in the future. Very satisfied with the product.

Thank you for the Elementary Statistics book I had ordered everything came nicely package and this is the correct book my daughter needed. Great to deal with and came on time. Thank you very much. Amazon is a good company to use.
