Am in the process of returning the book because it is missing pages 1677 through 1708. The wierd thing is that it doesn't look like those pages were removed; instead, it appears as if the book was made without the them; the binding looks tight and all. Maybe the book is super rare -- like a coin with a minting flaw.... Does anyone else have a copy of the 20th edition with those pages, or others, missing?
PS. The book is absolutely terrific otherwise.
