Easy read July 4, 2008 Katiria (Hollywood ,FL USA) My 5 year old son was able to read the book by himself after I read it to him the first time. It is a very easy book to read and wonderfully illustrated. We loved it
Love this Book! April 15, 2008 Maggie Naylon (New Paltz, NY USA) This book has been a favorite of my family's for 20 years. I give it to all of my friends who have little boys. I only wish that it were available in hard cover again.
I want to be an Astronaut book January 19, 2008 santagirl44 (Denver, CO) My 3.5 year old twins absolutely love this book. We have to read it over and over again.
Great early childrens book with colorful and simple illustrations December 30, 2007 tracy Byron Barton has created another great children's book with colorful illustrations and simple text. The rhythm of the text makes this book clever and musical. It was a fovorite of my son for several years. I now purchase this book for other children and a shower gift for expecting parents. As a sppech language pathologist, I want to foster the child's love of communication through words ans illustrations.
Preschool classic July 8, 2007 Vona G. Van Cleef (El Paso, TX USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
As with all Byron Barton books, "Astronaut" is a preschool classic -- simple pictures, few words. I bought it for my 3-year-old grandson who wants to be an astronaut "because they get to wear helmets with their snowsuits." GrammaVona
