Wiley has done it again! May 17, 2009 Robbie A. Schloss (Chicago, IL) 7 out of 10 found this review helpful
I'm a financial advisor and a fan of the entire Wiley Finance Series...they have outdone themselves this time. While all their valuation books are top notch, this is the only one I've seen written by practicing professionals. I recommend the book for all my clients.
5 stars!
Very Impressive Book May 17, 2009 Eric Ritter (New York, NY) 9 out of 11 found this review helpful
I'm a finance professional and read all the latest valuation books. This one stands out among thousands of titles. It is the first book I've seen that accurately describes how practitioners analyze and value businesses. I'm recommending it to all of my colleagues.

I just received the book and read through the first chapter. Simply amazing! I now see why this book has the most impressive list of testimonials I have ever seen!
Accessible May 8, 2009 Kate Greenberg (Hoboken, NJ) 6 out of 8 found this review helpful
I haven't picked up a valuation book in quite a while and was
timid at first to read what appeared to be a technical book. While
this book does go into great detail on the technical aspects of high
finance, I found it to be completely accessible.
