Very Helpful April 28, 2009 Beverly M. Dumas (Laguna Hills, CA USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have been going crazy with food allergies, suffering daily attacks of itching hives, even though I tried to avoid all the allergens identified in two allergy tests. When I read "Eat Right for Your Blood Type," I discovered that the foods I had trouble with were not on my Type O blood diet. This handy list of recommended foods and those to be avoided has helped me cut down the number of allergy attacks and feel better.
Really good diet information April 27, 2009 G. Moore (Selah, Wa.) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This book contains very valuable information on eating according to your blood type. I have read the big blood type book and this is somewhat condensed. For 5 bucks, it's a great deal. If you want more in depth info, consider the big book- but this one has good coverage.
Very informative February 9, 2009 Veronica Devoreaux (Houston, TX) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I learned a lot about the nutrients my body needs from this book. I have cut out most of the things that are bad for me and increased the beneficial ones and I really feel a difference!
Not a diet book January 31, 2009 sofia swope (Thomasville,NC) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This book contains good information on how to eat your blood type.It is difficult to follow at first, but like anything, with time it gets easier. If you can follow the very strict way to eat, than you do feel better.
