Blood Type O July 14, 2009 Betty Riley I am disappointed. The book is very shallow, it did not hold my attention. I am trying for the fourth time to read it.
Very happy with purchase! :-) July 4, 2009 Julie L. Baggett (Slidell, LA USA) Blood Type O Food, Beverage and Supplemental Lists
For those who have lost weight and want to keep it off this is a good book to have. It gives you a detail list of foods & beverages that you should eat, can eat, and should not eat for your blood type. [There is a book for each blood type.] Plus it list the supplements you should take. Also a list of health problems you can have with your blood type. Because of the size of the book it can be carried in a pocket or purse.
Just what I needed! May 13, 2009 Lilac Meows (Port St Lucie , Fl) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Just what I needed, list of beneficial foods, list of neutral foods & list of foods to avoid. Who knew I was eating so much food that is bad for me.
Book never came May 1, 2009 A. Paggen 0 out of 4 found this review helpful
This book never showed up. When I called to talk to their representatives, they told me to keep waiting. Don't buy from them.
Very Helpful April 28, 2009 Beverly M. Dumas (Laguna Hills, CA USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have been going crazy with food allergies, suffering daily attacks of itching hives, even though I tried to avoid all the allergens identified in two allergy tests. When I read "Eat Right for Your Blood Type," I discovered that the foods I had trouble with were not on my Type O blood diet. This handy list of recommended foods and those to be avoided has helped me cut down the number of allergy attacks and feel better.
