This cookbook gives a lot of ideas for cooking by blood type. I have not read the original book but if i had to choose between the two, this book gives plenty of tools to get started.

If you've been interested in the blood type diet but have wondered how to plan meals if different family members have different blood groups, this book is a must!
So helpful March 24, 2007 Mindy Rooks (Kansas) The book really helps when there are 2 of us out of 4, that have to be on blood type diets and we are of different types. It lets me know which receips we can have together. Saves time from making 2 different meals in our household.

Very interesting theory from dr. D'Adamo. This book gives very good ideas on how to practically use the do's and don't's for your blood type, with a complet monthly menu to follow.

This has been a life changing book. As soon as I started following the recommendations for my blood type I lost 3 lbs over 2 weeks, have more energy, my heartburn is gone, and I feel great. It feels very good to know that I am doing something good for my body. I failed at one diet after another because the results are too far off. With this eating method (its not a diet) the results are immediate - energy and my body feels great. Weight loss will come naturally as a consequence.
