Little Difference September 5, 2007 Luke Berman (Oakley, CA USA) 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
I have purchased two other books in the series. I found little to be different in this book from the other two. The books tend to repeat themselves a lot. I purchased this book with all good intentions of learning the lifestyle changes and exercise programs that are recommended for my blood-type. I was a little disappointed to find that there was very little additional information provided in this book from the Eat Right For Your Blood Type book. Based on this, I am not going to be purchasing any other books in the series.
Live Right 4 your type and be surprised August 23, 2007 Dennis F. Barry (San Francisco Bay Area) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
This book is a bit esoteric for a layman, though I muddled through it and learned an amazing amount of things I had no clue about. I will now move on to the "eat right 4 your type book". The Live Right book hit home repeatedly and explained things I would have liked to have known 60 years ago.
I trust that when I get the Eat Right 4 Your Type book it will be more precise as to exactly what to eat and not eat. I just wish that someday some Doctor would right a book that says we just need to change our diet and never have to exercise!" Not holding my breath on that one.
I recommend this book to those who are looking for that ever elusive answer as to what to do for health. Now I will give the plan a try.

Not worth it February 18, 2007 Renata Kushnir (Brooklyn, NY) 4 out of 6 found this review helpful
This books is an extremely long version of Eat right 4 your type food and baverage list. If has information about ALL blood types which i didn't really care for being that i have only one type. Everything i read about my blood type, i already knew from the food list book. It wasn't very helpful.
I havent read it so... January 6, 2007 Amy S. Pederson 1 out of 12 found this review helpful
