Product came promptly in said condition. one complaint...it was shipped in paper with no plastic lining. Due to the weather my book got slightly wet , and the pages became mildly warped. not bad enough to return, especially with the semester already started, but more attention could have been payed to packing during winter months. So had the weather been sunny this would have been a perfect transaction

I needed another resourse for my Nursing prep work, so this was recommended. I think it is a good purchase, but I haven't used it a whole lot yet.

What a great book for nursing students. Simply look up the patient's medical diagnosis and it gives you a list of all the related nursing diagnoses. It makes it so simple, what a time saver!

Great care planning book, the easiest to use out of all of them. All you do is look up the medical diagnosis in the front and it lists all the nursing diagnoses, then it provides all the care plans with rationales for the interventions. You can also register online at Elsevier and create the care plans online, so you can just copy and paste into word.
