The book is very vague and general. It is one of the worst care plan books I have ever seen.

I'm in nursing school and we have to come up with different nursing diagnosis for our patients, all I can say is, I wished I had this book sooner. It has been very helping. It even included the rationales.

I am a nursing student in the accelerated BSN program, and this book has been a life saver to me in my nursing care plans. I have gotten good grades on all of them so far. I highly recommend this book to every nursing student. Several of my classmates kept asking me where I got this book and then went ahead and ordered a copy each. Well worth the money, considering I will be using it a lot throughout my entire nursing program.

Like the title says, it is a must have if in nursing school. This book is an excellent resource for coming up with interventions and supporting evidence when doing careplans. I recommend this book to everyone. Great price, great book and of course your instructors will love it cause it is all evidence based.

I have used 4 other care plan books. It wasn't until I purchased this book that I began getting As on my care plans. Writing goals and outcomes have been the hardest for me, but this book allows me to write them in the way that my faculty want.
