Awesome! November 11, 2009 Danny E. Morin (Ontario, Canada) I am not a big reader but when I got reading the Twilight books I could not put them down. I did watch the movie first then a year later I bought the books. I am more in love with the whole story and the personalities portrayed in it. I am now a big fan. You will not regret purchasing The Twilight Saga Collection! I also can't wait for all the movies to hit the big screen. I though I would also add that Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have done an amazingly passionate job at portraying the main characters in the motion pictures.
Perfect November 11, 2009 Tracey Miller The books set was in excellent shape. I was very pleased. The books never even looked open. Shipping took a lot longer than I expected but was within the time frame given.
twilight saga collection November 10, 2009 L. Churbe (Vancouver, WA) Great read for a great price.Collector tin is a nice touch. Stephanie Meyer is a good writer. Twilight is my favorite atm. It's either hit or miss for the genre.
Not for everyone, fangirls, not for everyone November 10, 2009 Meagan the Blogger (North Carolina) The popular Twilight 'saga' is simply not for everyone. I used to be a fan of the series before Breaking Dawn got released. This series is simply ok for a rainy day when their is nothing to do but read. The only reason I finished this series is to laugh at how the vampires sparkled.
The first two books were okay, but the last two books left something to be desired. I found the writing to be a little weak, overly cliched, and filled with plot holes. I also found the themes to be disturbing for anyone younger than 18 to be reading.
The impriting can be, and will be, seen as pedophiliac in some causes as Jacob imprited on Renesmee by (whom will be grown up at the age of 7 because of how she ages). Renesmee's birth has been described as gory -- even to the point that many readers have stopped reading and said that they will never read the series again.
There's also the fact that Edward watches Bella, which is not romantic at all since he watches her all night. Bella and Edward, as well as a majority of the characters, barely changed at all. I found Bella to be very whiny at times; I also found Edward to be very controlling over Bella. He was dead set on not letting Bella have any freedom for her own choices, even to the point of disabling her truck in the third book.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this book series to anyone that I personally don't know.
A Book Set to Love & Keep November 10, 2009 Ronda Perez (Houston, TX) I absolutely love this set of books and foresee that I will reread them down the road. There's no greater compliment to an artist than to know her work is appreciated repeatedly and continuously.
