Shipping was fast & I recieved the product in pristine condition. The text itself is accurate and acceptable, but the examples could be more user friendly. Unlike most texts, rereading a confusing section does not result in enlightenment. While the subject matter borders on witchcraft more than coherent thought, it is presented in such a way that requires an instructor (not that I can see many people purchasing this willingly). If you HAVE to utilize this book for class, I cannot recommend this seller more, for the exchange was fantastic!

I ordered this book for a graduate course. It is a very nice book - good quality. It came quickly and in protective packaging. I would definitely use this seller again.

The book was in good shape, but it was advertised as "Hardcover" which I wanted. I received a soft covered book. Also just note that the book cover viewed on display was different than what was sent.

I did not get the book on time, it took three to four weeks just to receive a book, and that's really ridiculous. I hope next time he/she will mail items on time to customer.

Very good text book. Easy to follow and understand. Answers to odd questions are in the back of the book. Book has Self-Review Quizes throughout the book with answers at the end of the chapters.
