This book is pretty bad. The pictures are good, but the text is HORRIBLE! Don't even bother trying to find something in the glossary or even the index. I feel like explanations are really lacking in multiple areas and this book needs a new editor or something because there are lots of typos. OH BIGGEST COMPLAINT! The muscle action was wrong for I think it was either the internal abdominal oblique or the external. I can't remember off the top of my head. If that info is wrong it makes me wonder what else is wrong...
