Excellent reading on a current topic which should open the eyes of those who read it.
SIMPLY UNTRUE! October 12, 2009 Brad Nealon 6 out of 38 found this review helpful
This is simply untrue, I would bet that it's just a republican and/or racist that can't stand having an African-AMERICAN for their president.
Only history will tell if he will be portrayed as a good or bad president, but anyone who claims to know all of the details of the administration and what their ultimate goals during their 4-year term are after only a year in office is just insane.
Can't we all just get along?
There are ways to write unbiasedly without attacking, but in the book it is just attack after attack!
Constructive criticism is a better way to approach this because it is such a sensitive issue considering today's economy and we all need to take a step back, take a deep breath, and just try to get along to get goals accomplished TOGETHER.
Unfortunately we still have a race and sex problem in the United States, so I don't see any goals being accomplished anytime soon because of how ignorant our society is.
1/5 Americans can't find the United States on a map!
Dick's got it right October 11, 2009 Christine J. Tully (Latham, NY United States) 4 out of 6 found this review helpful
Dick Morris has it right. He's seen the Democrats from the inside working for the Clinton's and that's good enough for me.
Take Action! October 11, 2009 John R. Sedivy (Cape Cod, MA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Catastrophe is a conservative book about how our government is being transformed by unparalleled spending, special interest programs, and insider corruption. The author makes a strong case by identifying specific individuals, facts, and figures. What made this book stand apart was the "action agenda" at the end of each section. Past political books I have read merely identify problems or complain - this book goes a critical step further telling the reader what they should do as individuals to stop such practices, that is if they do not like what is happening. The author provides contact information, e-mails, phone numbers - basically everything the reader would need to take action. I highly enjoyed this book, especially the audio version, and likened it to Liberty and Tyranny by Mark Levin, albeit with a unique style.
Are you kiding me? October 9, 2009 Emmanuel Santana Galvan (98686) 4 out of 29 found this review helpful
This was worst than cancer.
Dick Morris lost all his credibility when he was sucking that prostitute's toes.
