Steve Harvey's book is what every Mother wishes she would have told her daughter and what every Father MUST tell his daughter. Many young and, sadly, more seasoned women lower their Godly standards just to have a man. God showed us through his Word the way to discerning a good mate. If we don't return to these tried and true biblical principles, women will continue to search in vain for the mate that should be searching for her instead. I highly recommend this book to any teenage girl and young woman who is trying to understand men. Ladies: you must understand that a man who doesn't care about himself CANNOT and WILL NOT care about you. This book is an excellent resource!

Absolutely Loved This Book January 23, 2010

I purchased this book some time ago and it just sat on my bookcase. But once I picked it up I couldnt put it down. Mr. Harvey gave realistic and simplistic advice about making relationships work for everybody involved. I recommend that girls and women of all ages read this book.
