I am pregnant with my first baby and I wanted a book to explain me all the transformations that are going on. This book is very helpfull and it does not scare you at all. I think it is a very good choice.

A great, comprehensive reference that allows you to look up all of your questions, follow along as your baby develops, and feel good about your pregnancy. This is the best guide for all mothers.

We believe it's one of the best (if not the best) guides available for pregnant women.
It's a great book and will answer all your questions and doubts.
In case your are pregnant for the 1st time, it's a must read.
