This little rack works great. Some others have complained about the size of the holes not being big enough, simple fix, buy peppers that fit the holes. The coring tool that comes with the rack works very, very well, it makes cleaning out the peppers a breeze. No need to spend extra money on a different, more expensive rack, this is the one you want.

I was skepticle reading the other reviews, but I bought the product anyway due to the Steve Reichlin endorsement. The rack holds a variety of sized peppers. I thought some of the peppers I bought may have been too big, but they squeezed nicely in the holder. The peppers shrink when you cook them and the smaller ones fell right out the bottom! The corer is a time saving tool. I didn't give it 5 stars because the holes are a bit too close together and it was hard to fit 36 peppers on the rack - we got about 30 to fit.

This was just right for my household. When cooking jalapenos its the best thind since slice bread. It comes with coreer that works great. would highly recommend the King Kooker. If your jalapenos are a little small that they fall throug holes just stick toothpick through to hold them up! Love it!!

This is the first jalapeno rack and corer I have used. I bought it for the great price. Corer works better than a knife. Rack holds 36 jalapenos, more than any other rack.
But beware the sharp edges, I cut myself when washing the rack.

Works great! I've made some great jalapenos with feta cheese, cream cheese and even a breakfast one with egg and cheese. Good price too.
