| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description The Razer Destructor was co-designed, tested and validated by some of the most internationally respected and revered eSports teams, including Fnatic, Team World Elite and Team EG. Through their constant input, the engineers were able to push the boundaries of invention beyond all expectations, culminating in a product whose level of refinement is only possible at the highest echelons of competitive tuning. The crux of the Razer Destructor?s innovation lies in its proprietary gunmetal coating which yields a highly reactive surface. The result is superior tactility, improved responsiveness and enhanced tracking.

great with all mice October 9, 2009 FeFiFoFu (Canada) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have both the Razer Destructor and the Razer Goliathus. I like them both, but the Destructor better for the following reasons:
1. Destructor is a bit faster. I use the claw grip (just fingers to move the mouse, no palm) so less friction the better. If you prefer some friction for control, maybe Goliathus would be good for you.
2. Destructor works well with my gaming mouse (Razer DeathAdder) and with regular mice too. The Goliathus works great with DeathAdder, but feels like a regular mouse pad with regular mice.
3. Destructor has same amount of friction when you move mouse up/down as right/left. Since Goliathus is a cloth pad, it has thread grain so it is smoother right/left than up/down. This is most noticeable with a regular mouse. With a DeathAdder its smooth in all directions.
Fantastic. September 30, 2009 A. Fleming (San Diego, CA) It is awesome. LOVE IT.
I now own two and can't live without them!
Glidealicious! September 8, 2009 The GoldenRam (Miami, Fl) Super smooth and sweet feel. It's like I'm ice skating with my hand....Can u feel it?
very nice but a little overpriced July 1, 2009 Joe Temerario It is a great pad, but I believe the carrying zippered box in not usefull and contributues to make it very expensive. They might want to sell it without it as well...
No Complaints May 11, 2009 Blue Ridge (NC) I purchased this mat for use with my DeathAdder. I honestly cannot detect a difference between using this mat and using my mouse on the desk. Maybe it tracks a bit better. I use both for an online FPS game. The bottleneck for me is the ping rate, not the mouse. But I am happy with my purchase because the pad keeps the mouse clean and reduce wear on the mouse. I pick this pad because it is supposed to work well with the DeathAdder and because it came with a case. The case is very handy for keeping the pad clean and transporting the pad. At the Amazon price, I'd buy it again.
