My son needs more of a challenge and this definitely fits the bill. He's a gifted 4th grader with a really sharp mind and this was a wonderful way to introduce him to some of the 5th grade curricula and keep him from being bored. I am by no means a mom that home schools...cheers to those that do. But,I do try to stay aware of his academic strengths and weaknesses. This works well for any home, whether you homeschool or not. Kids forget they're learning!
