It was so much fun playing these games again. It brought back found memories when I played these years ago. As with other reviews, I wish they had the EGA version of PQ1. I am not found of having to print out my own manuals and the copy right protection charcters are hard to make out but since I loved the games so much, I still gave this 5 stars. I would recommend getting Space Quest and Kings Quest as well! Sierra had the absolute BEST games back in the 80's and 90's! Buy it!

I am a big fan of the original adventure genre so this (plus Space Quest, Leisure Suit larry & Kings quest) are a definite must if you love to just play point & click adventure games.
Sierra (on-line) are the founders of the original adventure genre and with this and the other collections you will have hours of fun. Classic gaming at it's best.

I grew up playing Police Quest - I love the old Sierra games (before they sold out that is)! They don't have all the fancy graphics the games of today have but at the time they were state of the art!

It's probably a great game. The problem is that when it was put onto CD-ROM, it would have been nice to have the Police Quest Manual attached, Instead it comes complete with manuals for Kings Quest and Space Quest, but not Police Quest! As the game's copywrite protection has clues in the manual it renders the game absolutely useless.
I will be returning the game back to amazon and don't recommend anyone purchasing it until they get this mistake sorted out as you are wasting your money.
