Product Description For the first time in twelve years, the Nutbrown Hares hop back for a brand-new GUESS HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU story. Happy spring!
Down by the river on a bright summer’s day, Big and Little Nutbrown Hare are lazily looking at all the colors around them. It’s so hard to decide which ones they like best! Big Nutbrown Hare’s favorite blue is the blue of the sky, while Little Nutbrown Hare’s favorite green is the green of the leaves. But which of the many lovely shades of brown will the Nutbrown Hares decide is the best of all?

| Customer Reviews: Great book, lives up to the name! September 14, 2009 lilliputian81 (Eastern United States) While not quite as amazingly good as "Guess How Much I Love You," this book lives up to the series quite well. Big Nutbrown Hare and Little Nutbrown Hare are such endearing characters. My husband loves that the stories involve a father and son for a change. The illustrations are just beautiful. A great book all around.
Quite charming July 21, 2009 Kurt A. Johnson (North-Central Illinois, USA) In this charming little book, Little Nutbrown Hare and Big Nutbrown Hare go down by the river and look at all the pretty colors. There's blues and greens and reds and browns, and Big Nutbrown Hare's favorite brown is...Nutbrown.
This is a very nice little book. The illustrations appear to be watercolors, and are very reminiscent of the Beatrix Potter books. The story is simple and quite charming. The book itself is of the boardbook variety, so it is strong and durable, just right for little hands. My four-year-old loved having this book read to her, and I enjoyed reading it. We both highly recommend this book.

Unfortunately, this is the same book as "Guess how much I love you in Spring" by the same author.
That was a disappointing surprise
very cute story and illustrations July 28, 2008 A. Myers (Littleton, WV) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
The watercolors are very nice and gentle, doesn't exactly capture the eye of the very young toddler, more for a little older crowd, very cute story!
Wonderful Companion Book March 26, 2008 L. M. May (Georgia) 5 out of 7 found this review helpful
My 2 y/o daughter loves Guess How Much I Love You so when I saw Colors Everywhere and How Big (I think that's the name of the other one--anyway there are 2 companion books) I just knew I had to get them for her. She loves them. Now every night before bed we have to read all three books.
