 Fun book, but easily destructible October 11, 2009

Our boys loved this book very early on. The main problem is that the flaps are easily torn off. Within a few weeks, we were left with no flaps at all. it's still fun to read, but is missing about half the content.... some sturdier construction would have been a good idea.

12 month old's favorite book. It's the number 1 book she brings to us when she wants to be read to. The pictures are bright and enjoyable for baby to look at. Also, opening the flaps helps with hand eye coordination and seems fun for her. The flaps could be a little more durable as she's ripped of the final flap so we always know where baby is. I highly recommend this book!

Based on the reviews I bought this for my baby, I'm disappointed in how flimsy the flaps are. They will tear off in no time, especially with a boy that likes to get into everything. I'd be willing to pay more for something that will last a long time, hopefully the anniversary edition that's coming out will incorporate this change(?)

My three year old granddaughter loves belly buttons hence the purchase! This is a delightful book for kids. The adorable babies in the book play peek-a-boo and your child can too with the interactive flaps!
